With an in-person coach, you'll spend 2 to 3 hours a week. What about the remaining 165 hours in a week? True transformation happens daily and with the habits and actions you take outside of the gym. With this program, your coach will be at your side to help you navigate eating out, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, and eliminating late night cravings. Your coach will help you stay on track! Let's face it. Life gets in the way. Your plan needs to be flexible, substantiable and fit within your lifestyle. True transformation happens outside the 2 to 3 workouts you do each week.
Results speak for themselves. Coach Sam and our most successful clients have never met their coach in-person. Despite that, Coach Sam has lost over 60 pounds.
Many personal trainers focus on the fitness part and provide basic generic guidelines for nutrition. Or some shoot you a cookie cutter nutrition plan without teaching you how to implement it for you and your family. Let's face it. In reality, a nutrition plan needs to be sustainable for you and your family. Results also happen outside of your 2 to 3x/week workouts. It's what you do outside the gym that matters, hence this program will give you access to your coach outside the gym instead of only getting help 2 to 3x/week a week from your coach.
Our program is also fully personalized for your age, body, and lifestyle with a strong emphasis on injury prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle habits—no one-size-fits-all plans. Workouts also need to be customized for you as your body type varies from everyone else. For example, it's not ideal to have a 50 year old complete the same workout as a 20 year old. Even the two individuals who are the same age, height, and weight would not necessarily have the same nutrition and fitness plan as everyone is unique.
We utilize methods that has worked for our clients see amazing results over the past 35+ years of working with clients. As well as methods, that has personally helped Sam lose over 60 pounds and also helped Laurie with her transformation.
